FX Dealing Mandate

Where instructed, we execute directly on your behalf under a documented dealing mandate: forwards, swaps and spot, priced against reference levels you can independently verify.

What it is

A formal, documented mandate that authorises TreasurySuiss to execute FX transactions on your behalf, within limits and against counterparties you've approved in advance.

Step 1 — Mandate agreement

We agree the formal documented authority, dealing limits, tenor restrictions and approved counterparties before any transaction is executed.

Step 2 — Execution

Forwards, swaps and spot are dealt against reference levels, with dual confirmation on every trade so there's no ambiguity about what was agreed.

Step 3 — Settlement & reporting

Trade confirmations, reconciliation, and a dealing register are maintained throughout — built to be audit-ready, not reconstructed after the fact.

Track record

N$1.86bn+ in FX dealing executed to date under documented mandates.
